With nearly 25 years of experience, Nathalie leads the international tax department and specializes in corporate restructuring, including within the real estate sector.

She advises and supports managers of international groups, addressing both corporate and personal tax matters such as wealth tax, real estate investments, separation, divorce, and succession. Nathalie also assists family-owned SMEs with restructuring and ownership transfer processes, including sales and acquisitions. Her expertise extends to supporting companies in their international expansion, particularly in the publishing, luxury, and art industries.

Nathalie regularly handles complex cross-border issues, including international employee mobility, stock options, free shares, BSPCE, and trust-related matters.

Committed to education, she conducts professional training courses and actively contributes to the Tax Course at the EFB (Paris Bar Professional Training School).
